Longer Walkers Programme
4th March David and Liz have recc’ed a walk at Mothercombe:-
“It follows the coastal footpath initially, which is undulating and steep in parts, and then moves inland using tracks and bridleways, some of which are muddy underfoot. The enclosed track marked on the map is especially so and is about ¾ mile in length. It ends on country lanes. The length is about 7 ½ miles but can be shortened to 6 miles if necessary.”
We can see what the weather is like on Monday before deciding on this or an alternative walk.
11th March Kay will lead North Hessary and Gt Mistor area
18th March Steve and Mary have a walk around Chagford planned.
Please note all 3 or the above walks are weather dependant and we could offer a Yellowmead track Pewtor wet/misty alternative.
