We meet monthly on the third Thursday, in the Parish Rooms in Plymouth Road in Tavistock, from 9.30am.
West Dartmoor is a smaller but very friendly and inclusive u3a and we start each meeting with refreshments and the opportunity for members, old and new, to have a chat and a catch up, before the meeting formally starts at 10.30am.
There are always members at reception to welcome you to the meeting and introduce you to the committee and the interest group leaders. Members help out each month with refreshments and we leave a donation pot out to enable voluntary contributions.
We have a good variety of groups which members can sign up for at the meeting, and prospective new members are always welcome to come along to a meeting, as a taster, to find out more and see what we do.
Subscription – 2026/27
The Annual Subscription is payable in August each year.
The cost of membership for 2027/27 will remain at £19.00 per person. Associate Membership is available at a reduced cost of £15.00 per person.
We ask that members please pay either by BACS (SEE BELOW) or cheque either at a Thursday Monthly Meeting or in the branch.

If the latter, please make sure that the paying slip that the Bank retains has your name on it .
The Treasurer will acknowledge receipt of all subs and arrange to send members a new password for the Members Area.
